- Tap a cell, then tap a digit on the pad to place it.
- Pencil mode (the pencil chip) lets you jot candidate digits without committing.
- Conflicts get flagged in red as you go on Easy and Normal.
Tip: Scan one digit at a time across all rows, columns, and boxes — easier than guessing where to start.
